HOUT 2010 wel succesvol voor Bijlard International

Despite some negative sounds about the recent exhibition HOUT 2010 (Wood 2010), for example in magazine Houtwereld (World of Wood): " HOUT 2010 disappointing" we are very pleased with the last fair. What we do regret is the limited number of exhibitors of professional adhesives. This while 31% of the visitors is indicating to be interested in professional adhesives and so we noticed! Never before we welcomed so many customers and new contacts in our stand. Ranking the top 10 exhibitors with the most visitors, we are at No 9 and ranking the top 10 most visitors p/m2 we are even on the 4th. position. In today's changing market product information can be obtained in many different ways. For both exhibitors and exhibition organizers it is important to realise this and therefore we need to finetune supply and demand in the near future. If we wonder if the exhibition in its current form still has a right to exist, we can be clear: Yes, but it is obvious that it needs to be more dynamic and varied. A compact exhibition where not only new products are shown, but where you can interact with colleagues in an inspiring network-like environment.
