Product description:
803 is a contact adhesive, free from aromatic hydrocarbons based on SBR-rubber (styrene-butadiene) packaged in a ready-to-use canister.
Processing is possible with the professional spray gun supplied with the system and without the need for a compressor.
It is therefore an ideal system for working on site or in places where compressed air is not available.
The adhesive has high initial adhesion and a favourable curing and working time.
Bonding applications include for example:
- Bonding high-pressure plastic laminate sheet such as Formica, Duropal etc., veneers, hardboard and plywood to each other or to substrates of timber, plywood, chipboard and medium density fibreboard.
- Bonding together leather, rubber and flexible foam materials as well as to wood, concrete, stone and metal.
- Glueing down floor coverings.
- Glueing EPDM-rubber.
Check with the supplier of PVC’s (polyvinyl) whether contact glue is tolerated in connection with the softeners in this material.
